I chose to hang tight, and it turned out to be the best call. I received a stunning watch, and the packaging was just spot on—perfect and pristine when I unwrapped it. I had a fantastic experience with customer support regarding my recent purchase. I ordered a Barrington watch winder, and it showed up right on time, but they sent me the wrong cushion. I shot them a message on Sunday, and they got back to me fast, fixing the issue the next week.

I purchased the Barrington watch winder safe, and I’m super pleased with the service. The delivery took a few days longer than I thought it would since they opted to send me the newer model that’s not supposed to be released until next month. Communication was excellent, and the service was fantastic. I’d totally recommend them and will definitely shop here again. I worked with Andy, who was just brilliant.

I’m really pleased with the assistance I got from Andy at P1 watches and would totally suggest him. I was on the hunt for my first Sinn watch but wasn’t quite sure which one to pick. Andy was super helpful in guiding me to the right option and quickly secured my 857 UTC. When it showed up, the hour hand was a bit off. Andy took this error from Sinn very seriously, even coming to pick up my watch personally and setting up a repair at the Sinn UK authorized service center.
